Prices and Minimums
All prices are F.O.C. from Cedarwood Nursery and are subject to change without notice.
Minimum quantity for 4” pots is one full flat per variety. (Flats need to be exchanged or $1.00 charge per flat.)
Minimum quantity for 4” bands is 10 per variety.
Minimum quantity for 1 gallon pots is 6 per variety.
There is NO minimum on larger pots.

Delivery and Pick-up
There is no minimum amount for pick-up.
We do however require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice for orders
that you would like pulled, cleaned and ready for pick-up.

Pick-up hours are from 10AM – 3PM

Delivery rates:

Washington State (North of Woodland) $50.00 – for orders over $500.00 $75.00 – for orders less than $500.00 Customer is responsible for any additional delivery costs (i.e. ferry charges) Oregon $40.00 – for orders over $300.00 $50.00 – for orders less than $300.00

Terms
All sales are cash unless credit has been established in advance.
Please request a credit application if you do not have an account with us.
Our credit terms are Net30.
Outstanding accounts will be charged 1.5% interest per month on unpaid balance.
Accounts repeatedly past due will be placed on a cash only basis.

Warranty
We warrant our plants to be true to name as listed in our catalog or on our current availability.
We will replace, refund any which prove to be misnamed.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the plants.
We guarantee our plants to be healthy and of the highest quality.
All claims must be made within FIVE days after receipt.

Pre-pricing
We are now offering pre-pricing on all our plants with a nominal charge of .05 cents per pot.

Visitors
Visitors are always welcome. Our visiting hours are 10AM - 3PM. Directions are listed on our web site or call.
